I think this is the first animation movie from Stephen Spielberg production. So far dq rasa animation/script dia nie "too adult". The characters, the way they talk, the script cam real life la sikit. The way they express themselves & body language like real people la. But one think this animation couldn't achive compare to animation cam final fantasy is the detail like alunan rambut bila kena tiup angin & lipatan baju etc etc.. Maybe this is his first experiment ngan 3D animation kot. Btw, x impress sangat la. hehehe.. biasa2 jek.

   Plot citer dia nie berkisar kat sorang budak lelaki nie, ngan 2 member dia & jiran depan rumah dia. Rumah jiran dia nie haunted tapi ramai x percaya. Ye ler sape ler nak percayakan ckp budak2. Imagination depa tinggi kan. So to prove them wrong budak lelaki & ngan 2 org member dia pun nak musnahkan rumah tuh. Kebetulan tuan punya rumah tuh pun pressume dead. So depa pun mulakan ler mission nak destroy the house's heart. Dlm mission tuh tiba2 tup2 tuan rumah tuh muncul semula..ingatkan hantu..rupanya dia lom mati lagiks...then akhirnya tuan rumah tuh bukak ler citer..sebenarnya dia dedicatedkan rumah tuh utk wife dia. Wife dia nie tersangat ler gemoks. Gemok sampai masuk sarkis la (sebelum kawin). So org2 ramai semua suka ler memperlekehkan wife dia & gelak2kan. Walaupun cam gitu dia mmg adore ngan wife dia sampai sanggup lepaskan wife dia dari kandang sarkis & kawin ngan wife dia. Lepas tuh terus cariks tanah & nak bina rumah.

   Dalam masa pembinaan rumah tuh tersangat happy ler couple tuh..until one day budak2 kat area tuh ejek2 kegemukan wife dia..until that tragic accident happend. Dalam pada wife dia nak kejar budak2 nakal tuh..wife dia terjatuh kat basement & terjatuh plak simen atas body wife dia...so wife dia tertanam sekali kat situ & soul wife dia terperangkap dlm rumah tuh. Sebab tuh ler sape2 lalu depan laman rumah tuh esp budak2 masa holloween mesti kena telan. So utk protect budak2 tuh terpaksa le tuan rumah tuh jadiks garang & letak "Beware" sign depan rumah. That's the story behind the house.

   So nak tau berjaya tak budak2 tuh musnahkan rumah tuh & apa dia hati rumah tuh? Maka sama2 ler beli DVD monster house di kedai2 berdekatan hehe. Rating movie nie dq kasiks 3 out of 5 for animation movie. Entertaning but scary for youngster below 5 years old. Script too adult & animation details not so impressive.
